Our most recent meeting, Feb. 10, graciously hosted by Luke Air Force Base, took a closer look at the Special Air Traffic Rule that will take effect in early May.
The SATR will require all pilots operating in the vicinity of Luke, and its concentrated student jet training area northwest of the Phoenix metro area, to be on frequency with Luke RAPCON.
